Coming in contact with bodily fluids can spread diseases such as HIV, AIDS and Hepatitis. Bloodborne Pathogen training assists your employees in preventing transmission by identifying ways to prevent contact, proper clean-up procedures, as well as proper waste disposal methods. Evergreen Safety Council's instructors are well versed in bloodborne pathogen education. In addition to providing more than typical coverage of the subject in our First Aid/CPR classes, this 2-hour course is tailored to meet the needs of your business. This training meets the OSHA/DOSH requirements for general workers, but does not meet the Dept. of Health requirements for EMT, nurses or other medical professionals.
