Course Description

CPR for Community and Workplace

Practical demonstrations and exercises in performing rescue breathing and CPR (chest compressions) for adults prepares you for real life situations. Evergreen’s CPR course covers the signs and symptoms of a heart attack and stroke and how to assess the victim (checking for responsiveness). In addition, foreign body airway obstructions (choking) are covered in this course. Each participant will receive a training manual and a certification card good for 2 years.
