HST204 – Fall Protection/Excavation

This dynamic and informative session addresses various aspects of worker fall protection including fall restraint systems, fall arrest systems, guardrails, equipment, anchor systems, training, and written program requirements.

• Ladders and scaffolding regulations and uses are addressed as training requirements for workers referencing OSHA regulations.
• The excavation session covers requirements as defined by OSHA, including the size, angle and shoring requirements for excavation, types of shores and shields, safety precautions, engineering documentation, and soil types.
