Course Description

Forklift Instructor Certification

This class prepares instructors to train operators of forklifts in typical settings. Course covers pre-shift inspections, instructional techniques, regulations and safety standards for forklifts. Course includes both classroom and interactive sessions with written and practical evaluations. This course meets or exceeds all OSHA training requirements and familiarizes instructors with all 24 points listed in the WAC Forklift Code.

• Evergreen Safety Council offers forklift instructor certification and forklift operator certification conducted by our training partner, Bottom Line Loss Control (BLLC). Courses are offered in the Renton area. Other locations available with sufficient interest.
