Course Description

HST 200AB – Intro to OSHA/DOSH & Lockout/Tagout

This one day session is the introduction to the course along with an introduction to OSHA and State OSHA regulations along with the historical development of OSHA. This course also covers the general safety and health requirements at the work place.

The Lockout portion covers the requirement of the Lockout/Tagout rule. This course will cover the requirements of a written program, along with training and equipment needs. Shift change and complex lockout will also be covered.
