SPT 104B Violence as a Workplace Issue

Session 2 entitled Violence as a workplace issue is designed to raise your awareness of violence as a workplace issue.

• Participants will learn to recognize early warning signs of potential violence and how to handle escalating violent behavior.
• The course will provide you a guide for developing an effective workplace violence plan.
• We will explain and show different types of risk factors and early warning signs, suggest different prevention strategies and discuss the need for a workplace violence program.
