Flagger Instructor Certification

For more than 20 years, Evergreen Safety Council has provided quality Work Zone Safety Training programs throughout the Pacific Northwest. We have been approved as providers for Flagger and Flagger Instructor Certification by the Washington State Department of Transportation since 1995 and for the Idaho Department of Transportation since 2003.

Candidates for Flagger Instructor must participate in a state approved training program, during which they are guided through a specially designed kit of training materials and shown how best to train Flaggers.
