Additional Tips & Guidance

Module Overview:
There are two parts to the online course, the lesson content and the quiz. When first entering the online course, you will be placed in the lesson content module.

Accessing the quiz:
Once you have completed the lesson content (6 lessons in total), you are ready to take the quiz!

To access the quiz, click “Completed. Let’s continue!” (Circle 4) at the bottom.

Alternatively, you can hover over the lesson content name in the top right (Circle 1) and select the quiz from the drop-down menu (Circle 3). Note you are currently in, and have completed, the lesson content (Circle 2).

The lesson content must be completed before accessing the quiz:
If the quiz button is greyed out (Circle 3), you will need to finish the rest of the lesson content first.

You can view the status of your module at the bottom of the screen (Circle 4). Additionally, there will not be a checkmark next to the lesson content (Circle 2).

You can pause your learning at any time:
Your progress through the course is automatically saved. If you have closed the window, just return to the training portal and log in again. You should be returned to the same place in the course.
