Please read the following policies carefully, as they contain important information about payment, cancellations, refunds, attendance, and other course requirements.
For terms and conditions specific to your course, please review the confirmation email you receive after registration.

Course fees must be paid before your scheduled class. Certifications will not be issued until any outstanding balance has been paid in full.
By registering for a course, you certify that you are the cardholder or an authorized user of the payment method used. You acknowledge that you are purchasing training—not a certification—and that successfully earning certification depends on meeting all applicable course requirements. Failure to meet those requirements does not qualify you for a refund.Fraudulently disputed or chargeback transactions will result in the immediate revocation of any certification issued through the course. Revoked certifications are not eligible for reinstatement. At the discretion of Evergreen Safety Council, you may be permitted to complete the course and examination again after paying the full course fee plus a minimum administrative fee of $50. If approved to retake the course, payment must be made by cashier's check or money order before registration will be processed.
If you need to reschedule your course, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
The following fees apply:
• 5 or more business days before the course: No charge
• Less than 5 business days before the course: $25 rescheduling fee
After a course has been rescheduled once, any additional reschedule requests are subject to Evergreen Safety Council approval and may incur additional fees.
If you need to cancel your course, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
Refunds are available according to the following schedule:
• 5 or more business days before the course: Refund issued, less a $50 administrative fee
• Less than 5 business days before the course: No refund. You may be eligible to reschedule your course in accordance with the Rescheduling Policy above.
Students are expected to arrive on time. We recommend arriving early to allow sufficient time to complete any required paperwork.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals. What constitutes a late arrival is determined by the instructor. Depending on the circumstances, students who attend only part of a class may also be considered a no-show.
If you are attending an online course, you are responsible for ensuring that your computer, internet connection, and other required technology are working before your scheduled class.
Any troubleshooting or setup should be completed in advance. If you need assistance, Customer Service is happy to help you prepare for your class. Please contact us before your course to schedule any necessary technology support.
Cheating or other forms of academic dishonesty during any examination or assessment will result in immediate disqualification and dismissal from the course without a refund.
At the discretion of Evergreen Safety Council and the instructor, you may be permitted to retake the examination for a minimum fee of $50 or may be required to register and pay for the full course again.
Evergreen Safety Council is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.Disrespectful, disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from class without a refund. In serious cases, students may also be disqualified from participating in Evergreen Safety Council certification programs.
