Authorized Training Providers

What are the steps to becoming an Authorized Training Provider (ATP)?

To become an ATP, providers must complete the following steps:

  1. Submit an ATP interest form.
  2. Evergreen Safety Council will be in contact to review your interest and determine if you are approved to become an ATP.
  3. Submit your valid business license and proof of commercial liability insurance.
  4. Have your instructor(s) submit a statement of interest, resume, and current operator card for the program they will be teaching. For some programs, we also require reference letters verifying applicable teaching and professional experience.
  5. Sign an ATP agreement.
  6. Have your instructor(s) complete the instructor training and become certified and approved to teach.
  7. Complete ATP administrative onboarding with ESC staff.
  8. Order materials and schedule your classes.

To ensure consistency in our training, ATPs and instructors are regularly assessed by Evergreen Safety Council.
